At OlivaFlora, we are passionate about crafting high-quality, botanical-rich skincare that elevates everyday rituals. We are excited to partner with retailers, spas, boutiques, and wellness brands who share our commitment to clean, effective, and luxurious skincare.

This Wholesale & White Label Policy outlines the terms and conditions for working with OlivaFlora as a wholesale partner or private label client.

 

 

1. Wholesale Partnership

Eligibility

To qualify for a wholesale account, you must:
✔️ Be a registered business with a valid resale or tax exemption certificate (where applicable).
✔️ Operate a retail storefront, online boutique, spa, or wellness business aligned with our brand values.
✔️ Meet our minimum order requirements (see below).

We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale applications based on business fit and market alignment.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) & Pricing

  • Opening order minimum: 1 pack (12 units) of any product

  • Reorder minimum: 1 pack (12 units) of any product

  • Bulk discounts  Not available at this time

Wholesale pricing is confidential and available upon approval. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Ordering & Payment

  • Orders must be placed via our wholesale portal or directly through our wholesale team at wholesale@olivaflora.com.

  • Payment is due at the time of order unless other arrangements are approved in advance. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and ACH payments.

  • Orders are final sale and cannot be canceled once processed.

Shipping & Lead Times

  • Orders are shipped from our California fulfillment center.

  • Standard processing time: 7-14 business days, depending on order volume.

  • Expedited processing may be available upon request (rush fees may apply).

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately. The retailer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes for international orders.

Selling Guidelines

  • Approved retailers may sell OlivaFlora products in their brick-and-mortar stores, spas, or official online storefronts.

  • Third-party marketplace sales (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.) are strictly prohibited without written consent.

  • Retailers must adhere to OlivaFlora’s MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) to maintain brand integrity. Discounting below MSRP without approval is not permitted.

 

 

2. White Label & Private Label Partnership

What We Offer

Our white label services allow you to offer luxurious, high-quality skincare products under your own brand while leveraging our expert formulations.

✔️ Ready-to-Brand White Label: Choose from our curated selection of pre-formulated products and apply your branding.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)

  • White Label (Pre-Formulated): Starting at 1 pack ( 12 units)

Lead Times

  • White Label Orders: Estimated 1-3 weeks from order approval.

Branding & Packaging

  • Clients must provide final label artwork that meets regulatory and compliance guidelines.

  • Packaging options include stock and custom solutions based on your brand aesthetic.

  • We offer branding consultations to ensure your product presentation aligns with market expectations.

Regulatory Compliance

  • All OlivaFlora products meet FDA, EU, and industry safety standards for clean skincare.

  • Clients are responsible for label compliance in their respective markets (e.g., ingredient lists, claims, country-specific regulations).

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

  • Custom formulations remain the intellectual property of OlivaFlora unless exclusive rights are purchased.

  • Clients must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before engaging in private label development.

 

 

3. Returns, Exchanges & Damages

  • Due to the nature of skincare products, wholesale and private label orders are final sale.

  • If you receive damaged or incorrect products, you must notify us within 5 business days with photos and order details for resolution.
