At OlivaFlora, we take pride in delivering high-quality, thoughtfully crafted products straight to your door. Every order ships from our fulfillment center in Southern California, where we meticulously formulate, package, and prepare each item to meet the highest standards—from ingredient integrity to sustainable packaging and seamless delivery.

 


 

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-10 business days, depending on your location.


  • Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available at checkout, but please note that expedited shipping times do not include order processing times.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST on Fridays or during weekends will begin processing the following business day.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs processing.

 


 

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts, excludes Alaska & Hawaii).

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and destination.

 


 

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or your front desk.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for further details.

  3. If the carrier cannot locate your package, please reach out to us at support@olivaflora.com, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

 


 

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • International delivery times vary and may be affected by customs clearance delays.
