1. Ordering & Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details. Please review this email carefully. If you need to make any changes, contact us immediately at support@olivaflora.com, as orders begin processing shortly after being placed.

Order Processing Times:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST on Fridays or during the weekend will begin processing the following business day.

  • Processing times do not include shipping transit times.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 


 

2. Payment & Billing

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or your front desk.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier for further details.

  3. If the carrier cannot locate your package, reach out to us at support@olivaflora.com.

OlivaFlora is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing.

 


 

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your OlivaFlora experience! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please review our Return Policy for details on eligible returns, timeframes, and refund processing.

  • Opened or used items may not be eligible for a return.

  • Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

7. Subscription Orders (if applicable)

  • Subscription plans automatically renew based on your selected frequency.

  • You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime via your OlivaFlora account.

  • Subscription cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
